I don't know about biotechnology, but IP University does offers computer Science.
For computer Science USICT and MAIT are the best colleges. I hope you find it useful.

It wouldn't matter if you apply as general candidate. But you will need to score atleast 95% + in order to get a good college. Also nothing else matters much than your academics.

Hi, to join DTU you should have a good score in 12th as well as in JEE. For 12th I will suggest you to keep 80+ and in JEE try to get 150+.

The college will release cut offs for every category for each course during the admission time. If your marks clear this list, i.e, if they are at par, then you are eligible for admission. The general category cut offs usually range from 98.75 - 97.5%.
