Yes, you can persue B.Ed, but you score of graduation is low check the site you will get to know whether you are eligible for it or not.

Yes, it provides MBA. In fact, it will be great if you get it. They have their own entrance exam and cut-off goes around 220/640. To make a full conversion it will be better if you score at least 300.

No, if you are done your B.Sc, then it is very difficult to pursue B.Tech in any field. Rather, it will be wastage of time, money and efforts. So, you should better go for M.Sc/M.Tech( Statistics) .It will be beneficial for you and your domain of Mathematics will sustain. So, all the best for future.
