Yes, you can apply.
To secure admission to UG programs, the candidate should have cleared 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised Board. Candidates belonging to General category should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the same and candidates belonging to reserved categories must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks.

Minimum height should be 157, but if you are looking for Frankfinn, then you must go to direct Frankfinn center and talk to them about your height and weight proportion

I am sure you must have learnt to cook Indian cuisines during your graduation. I don't think you need to pursue a separate Diploma in cooking again, unless your area of specialization was not kitchen in HM. These days social media has a plethora of knowledge for cooking and flavors. Explore those first and experiment with various spices. If this does not work out, you can certainly consider pursuing a Diploma in cookery.
