If your interest is in accounting opt for B.Com, DU is not the only college, there are many colleges. Mention your area or make a list of available colleges where admissions are open and you may be eligible for taking admissions, once you have the list you can anyways check the college credibility and UGC approval. While you take efforts to get admission you should start preparing for the courses in your area of interest. Hope this clarifies. Good luck!

Unfortunately, you do not have any choice in BA course. You can pursue it with LLB. You do not have any choice. But if you want to go for 3-year law course then you can go for BA in arts, history, literature, etc.

Both are really good colleges with good facilities but I would suggest IP for better infrastructure and a quite and engaging college life which I personally prefer and Drc for a more loud college life as it is in North campus.
