Manipur University was founded in 1980 and is located in Imphal Manipur. This university gained the status of Central University in 2005. It is accredited with Grade ‘A’ by the NAAC. There are over 110 colleges affiliated to Manipur University. The campus of university is spread across 287 acre. It offers over 610 courses across 13 streams namely Commerce, Management, Law, Science, Mass Communication, Humanities and Social Sciences, Engineering, and Arts, etc.

To get admission in Manipur University BA course candidates must first have a valid qualification for the course. The common eligibility criteria for the BA course is Class 12 from a recognised board. Candidates must also have CUET scores for admission to the BA course at Manipur University. The application portal will open soon once the CUET UG results will be out. Once the application form is submitted. Students must pay the BA fee and finalise their admission. The payment method can be both online and offline.
Manipur University accepts admission to various courses either through CUET or Manipur University Entrance Test (MUET). Students who are qualified through either of the mentioned exam are eligibile to apply. The university accepts admission on its 50% seats through CUET, while the remaining 50% seats are filled with the qualifiers of MUET.
CUET result 2026 will be declared tentatively in first week of July. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET scorecard online when released. The link to download the CUET scorecard will be available at CUET results 2026. Candidates will be required to enter the login credentials to view the CUET 2026 scorecard online. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. Candidates must download and take the print of the CUET 2026 results when released.
