You can pursue MA in applied psychology. Delhi University and many other university offers this course. Admission is based on the entrance exam for Post-graduation. Candidates having Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Science/Social Sciences/Humanity/Commerce with minimum 50% marks will be eligible.
Those who have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Mathematics and Science with at least 55% marks or any equivalent qualification will also be eligible.
The following categories students will be eligible in respect of B.Ed (ODL):
-Candidates who have completed teacher education programme through face to face mode recognized by NCTE.
If you fulfill the requirements, you can apply.

Yes, you will get admission in a Delhi University college. But you won't get admission in North Campus colleges. You will have to go for out of campus colleges, like Zakir Husain Delhi College, Ram Lal, Shyam Lal, Dyal Singh, Aryabhatt, Desbandhu, and many more if you belong to general category. But if you belong to ST category, then you will get admission in North Campus colleges.

It all depends on your choice. But Hansraj is the best. It is one of the finest colleges of Delhi University. Delhi University is on the top in providing more than 30 undergraduate courses.
Many personalities belong to this college. Hansraj has the best faculty members for B.Com course. It has experienced faculty members. The fee is very minimal. Many companies visit this college regarding placement. It has its own hostel.
In every way, Hansraj is the best option.
