As per my knowledge, it does not go below 94 or 93 percent for the last round, if you want to seek admission in A grade college like Hindu.

Please note that NCHMCT rank is valid for one year only, because of you have the rank of year-2017, so you can not get admission in any IHM on the basis of this rank.
