Well, since you did not mention about the marking scheme, so, let's assume two conditions-
1. CGPA system - Mostly, the board mark sheets have a formula for converting CGPA to percentage. If not, then multiply by 9.5.
2. Practical and theory ratio not 30:70 - Fill the detail as it is. There is some changes in these cases which I am not sure of.

Well, you can apply for DU. The fee is only 100 Rs and your percentage is worth a try in Delhi University. Though I am quite sure that getting any popular course is a rare chance.

Hi Piyusha Hadke,
Yes, you can do CPL after Electrical engineering but you will not get any benefit of this as both the course are totally different.
It can be useful in one way that if by chance you failed in getting job after CPL you can use your engineering degree to find another one.

Hi,
The placement is awesome and excellent, provided by the institution as per the reviews of the students. Package may vary and depends on the negotiation skill of an individual. But you can surely expect some great perks while working with IHM, Pusa.
Regards.

Yes, you have lot of scope, both in government and private sector. In agriculture, food departments and big food companies, if youu do M.Sc food science and technology, then your scope will increase.
