The candidates who have qualified 10+2 (12th examination) or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to apply. There is no minimum age bar for admission to the undergraduate courses in Delhi University (DU) and its colleges.
*In professional courses, regulatory body prescribes minimum age requirement (such as MCI, AICTE etc.)

It depends on cut off. Every college varies in their cut off, and that's the advantage for science student, because they can apply for arts stream as in political science hons. English hons. He can opt for language course also.

It depends on two things first it depends on the state you are living in as the cutoff of IPU is divided into 2 parts Delhite students and non-Delhite. Usually, the Delhite students get higher preference as there is an 85% quota for Delhi students reserved in IPU. Secondly, it depends on the category you belongs to if you are a general category student then it is very difficult to get in IPU. But I will suggest you to attend the spot counselling as there is a huge chance of selection through spot counselling.
