Yes, I think you can enroll yourself for correspondence courses from Delhi University. You can also pursue your Bachelor's from IGNOU. There are many universities apart from DU which provides degree through distance learning.

You can surely enroll yourself for any of the culinary course or you can get your Post Graduation in kitchen management from any good college. Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies.
