Yes, if you are from Delhi and have a valid OBC certificate then you are eligible. But your General NCL rank will be considered and you will be shortlisted on the basis of your NCL rank.

(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
(ii) Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
