Yes, after 12th it is not necessary to go in your subject field. Presently, it is mandatory to do that so that you can do whatever you want.

You cannot apply separately for LSR. There will be an entrance examination that will be conducted by the University of Delhi, you have to fill your preferences in the order and then according to the merit, you will be allotted a college.

Yes, you need to appear for JEE Mains exam and clear it. After clearing the exam on the basis of your rank, you will be provided a branch.
