The cut-off for this course in the first cutoff list was 88% for the general category and Kashmiri Migrants students, 81% for OBC, 78% for SC, 71% for ST students, 65% PWD.

No.This kind of transfer cannot take place. It is only possible to transfer one from college to another of Delhi University, and that too if you have an exceptional academic result from your first year. You can however apply for fresh admissions in DU.

There are 2 modes of admission in DU. One is direct admission for internal students and the other one is through entrance exam, if you are not a student of DU.
To apply for MA, you need to have 60% aggregate or above. You need to fill the online application form, which will be made available in the month of April.
