Hello Sakshi, It's indeed great to see your interest in environment studies inspite of graduating in electronics & communication. But these days admissions to all PG seats are based in some or the other entrance exam. Majority of colleges or universities accept GATE. Unfortunately admissions to PG, based on merit of graduation is non existent to my knowledge.

Some universities do not allow more than 5 backlogs to let you proceed to the next year. 10 backlogs is a huge number, if you don't clear your backlog as soon as possible then your degree might extend beyond 4 years which will not be good for you in the longer run. Hence, clear your backlogs as soon as possible.

Hey there,
Well, if you get to clear your JEE mains 2018 exam, then for DTU, you need to apply separately.
Josaa is for IIT, NIT, GFTI, etc.
Jac is for DTU, NSIT, IGDTUW, IIITD, etc.

Sorry, but there's no particular cut-off for LEET exam. Admission are done on the basis of merit list.
