SOL doesn't have specialised course in B.Com for ICAI students whereas IGNOU has. It would be better to opt for IGNOU course specifically designed for ICAI students.

Yes, IGNOU has international reputation. It course material is of international standards. You can go for it. However, to enroll for MA one should have completed graduation.

Yes, it is worth doing PGDM international business with JIMS, Rohini as it gives you the best placements in the said course.
In spite you will get opportunities to learn about international business, import and export, logistic management and marketing, so you will be fully groomed in all these fields and side by side you can sit in both companies which will come for IB and which will come for marketing separately. Even you can also sit in the companies who come up from logistics firms.
