Different colleges under DU have different cut-offs, they have not been announced yet. You have to keep visiting the DU website for updates. For an idea, refer to this article for previous years cut-offs:

Hi Himanshi,
NIOS is a recognized body and is accepted everywhere. You are eligible to apply to DU. But every college has its own eligibility criteria for a particular program, you have to check the college websites for the requirements before applying.

Yes, you may. Different colleges under DU have different cut-off lists which have not been announced yet. For an idea, you can check previous year's cut-offs and merit lists. Hi,
If you study two undergraduate programmes at one time , you will have to share your your energy , time and resources at two places simultaneously.
Also, two pursue two degrees at a time whether by way of regular or correspondence mode is not allowed and valid.

If the given ranks are your category rank. Then, I will have to say that it is enough to get you into DTU. DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and holds a good reservation for delhiites.
If you are resident of Delhi then you can go try for it, you might get some non-core branch there. Or maybe, you will have to go for another options.
