Any person with class 10th or equivalent examination and above can appear for NATA. However, only candidates who have qualified an aptitude test in architecture and have secured 50% marks in class 12th or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subjects, shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch.

JIMS Kalkaji, is better if we compare both of them because JIMS Kalkaji campus ROI is better. In current year finance placement is Rs 8.5 lakhs.
JIMS Kalkaji campus fee is Rs 6.20 lakh and faculty is better also because in campus, many faculties are more experienced and have great knowledge. They do mostly practical cases for students.

You have not mentioned the name of any other college to which I have to compare DTU. But overall the placements of DTU are excellent. Almost everyone who is eligible gets placed and with quite a good package. The average in all the branches is approximately Rs 10 lakhs and rises for most of the branches. Get back to me with the name of the college for specific answer. Please upvote. :)

IMI Bhuvneshwar has around 7 lakhs and BGU has around 4.5 lakhs as average package offerings. Both the institutions have more or less same fee structure. Though both were started almost at the same time, IMI has been able to grow while Birla has not shown much progress. Both have their brand names. IMI Bhubaneswar offers PGDM programme accredited by AICTE and NBA, but it does not have AIU equivalent certificate, while BGU offers MBA. Apply to both and if you are shortlisted for both of them then join IMI.

Asia Pacific is one of the prestigious college in Delhi NCR region. The heart of any college i.e. the faculties of Asia Pacific are really very good as compared to all the other colleges in Delhi NCR, they are not only very experienced but also have real world exposure and links with the companies. The average package is between Rs 5-7 lakh. The college have a very hard working placement cell that makes sure each student is well placed.

In addition to it, it also provides IBM certified business analytics course delivered by IBM workforce. IBM will also certify you additionally along with your MBA degree. IBM covers business analytics course and IBM Watson training.
