It is a very good combination. CS consist majorly laws related to companies, ROX, SEBI and taxation and a company need a very good pleader and drafter. With LLB degree, you polish your both the skills by visiting various courts, moot court, etc.
With a BBA degree from a good institute or a BBA + LLB from institutes like Symbiosis or National Law University helps in communication and business understanding.

There are various colleges accepting MAT score for admission in MBA/PGDM, since most of the institutes are private institutes they offer PGDM, very few are offering MBA degree on the basis of MAT score.

1. Amity University – Noida.
2. Asia Pacific Institute.
3. FMS - Manav Rachna.

It is not a good brand and placements are very skeptical, so my recommendation would be to go with top 40 B-schools from India.

Yes, it is. But you can also try IITs. I have seen IIT students involve more in research work than any other universities. You can also try VIT, Vellore for updated syllabus and better research work on Mechanical engineering.
Hope this answer will help you.
