The JoSAA Round 1 Seat Allotment is out in the form of opening and closing ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories. This year, JoSAA 2024 counselling will consist of 5 Rounds only. The Round 1 JoSAA cutoff 2024 ranged between 19417 and 21564, among which B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is the most competitive course for the General category students under the AI Quota. The least competitive course was B.Tech. in Information Technology with a Round 1 closing rank of 21564 for the General category.

At Gandhinagar University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) allows candidates to specialise in a particular subject. In contrast, a regular BA course does not offer specialisation.
Regular BA and BA (Hons.) programme offered at GU are either offered in three and four-years. For instance, BA (three-year) and BA Hons. (four-year).
