Technical University of Munich and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences are among the popular university for international students to study in Germany. They both offer quality MS education at no cost.
Both universities look good in terms of tuition fees. However, TUM is slightly more difficult to get into than Esslingen University because of its moderately high acceptance rate. Therefore, it's on you where you want to apply for admission to study MS program.

Yes, an average Indian student can join the OTH Amberg-Weiden. The entry requirements are that the applicant must have a university degree completed with a "good" or "better" performance. Applicants must have completed their bachelor’s or diploma degree in social or cultural studies courses like international business, applied business psychology, digital business, and international technology management. A TOEFL score of 80 out of 120 is required. An IELTS mark of 6 out of 9 is required.

There is no application fee at the OTH Amberg-Weiden. There are no application fees for applicants outside the European Union and European Economic Area.
However, to apply to the winter semester international students pay the fees of €500 per semester. Also, they contribute €72 each semester to avail of student support services. UniAssist checks on behalf of the university whether applicants from outside Germany meet the admission requirements. The VPD containing information about the average grade and the courses/subjects must be submitted for admission.

Most Bachelor's and Master's programs start in the winter and summer semesters. The application deadline for the winter semester begins on 1 May and ends on 15 July (for some Master's programs only until 15 June). The application deadline for the summer semester begins on 15 November and ends on 15 January. If there are still places available, the application deadline can be extended.
