MMMUT Gorakhpur course admission is entrance-based. The university offer admission to the UG and PG courses on the basis of merit in CUET-UG and CUET-PG (Except for BTech and MTech), respectively. For the BTech course, aspirants need to have a valid JEE Main score. Additionally, for MTech, candidates are selected based on merit in GATE exam. Furthermore, aspirants of PhD programme, have to take the Malaviya Entrance Test (MET).

MMMUT offers UG and PG programmes in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Management, etc. MMMUT BTech admission is done on the basis of JEE Main score. Further, admission to BBA, MBA, MTech, MCA and MSc programmes will be done basis of the CUET score. The university accepts MET scores for admission to PhD programmes.

The total number of seats available for MMMUT Gorakhpur MCA course is 60. Candidates are admitted to the programme in accordance with the seat intake.
