In the first year of the BTech degree at Galgotias University candidates go through the concepts that they've already studies in their Class 11 and Class 12. This is done so that students know the basics of the concepts that they're going to use during their time at the course. The first year also ensures that students coming from different boards are on the same level about necessary concepts required for engineering.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) and Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) also had excellent placement, especially for MBA students. Top recruiters for GIMS in 2023 are in financial, IT, and marketing sectors with average compensation in the range of 5-6 Lacs per annum and max compensation of 10 Lacs per annum. KCC Institute of Technology and Management is recognised for its qualified and experienced faculty, many of them hold doctorates, are phds and have industry experience. The faculty generally receives positive feedback from students. The institute is accredited by NAAC with an 'A' grade, defining it's high faculty quality. However, some reviews mention concerns about HR policies and workload, suggesting areas for improvement in the overall work environment. So the faculty members at KCC are great but sometime expactations may not meet the reality.
