G. L Bajaj is one of the best college in Greater Noida in terms of studies and placements. So, I would suggest go for G.L Bajaj.

Both colleges have good placement background, but if you have that much potential to crack the placement, then here college doesn't matter, your capability and potential matters.

If you want to do PGDM, then go for IILM, because they are providing you international exposure.
