B.Ed is a 2 year undergraduate programme designed according to the guidelines of NCTE which helps the student to work as a teacher all over the India.

(1) Candidates must have 50% marks in aggregate either in bachelor's degree or in the master's degree in Science / Social Science/Humanities/ Commerce or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme. 

(2) candidates with atleast 55% of marks in aggregate in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology and specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme [as per Appendix-4 of the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014 - notified in the Gazette of India].
