BIMTECH-Greater-Noida, is a part of the well-known B.K. Birla Group of Institutions. It has a track record of 28 years in management education. The latest National HRD Network B-Schools Ranking 2016 ranks BIMTECH 5th among the top private B-schools and 13th among all public and private B Schools of India. All the four streams (PGDM, PGDM IB, PGRM Insurance and PGDM Retail) are AICTE approved two year post-graduate courses. PGDM and PGDM-International Business (IB) are accredited by the National Accreditation Board and the Association of India Universities (AIU) for equivalence with MBA.

Currently, the placements for 2015-17 batch is in its last phase with majority of the batch being placed.
Talking about the campus life, the campus is fully residential with various amenities like: cafeteria, ATM, WiFi, tuck shop, basketball court, etc. The campus has a mix of students from all over India, so you would see a lot of diversity.

Highest Package: 9.4 LPA (domestic) and 11 LPA (international)
Average Package: 7.14 LPA
Lowest Package: 5 LPA
However, this year the placement figures got a little affected due to demonetization. The faculty for this course at BIMTECH is highly learned and experienced with good industry contacts.

With this rank, you can easily get Galgotias University as well as Galgotias College. Both are reputed institutes in Uttar Pradesh. The main difference between college and university is that university is affiliated to UGC and college is affiliated to AKTU.

Yes, Galgotias University is a very good option for B.Com (Hons) as it is one of the best private universities in Greater Noida and its faculty is very good.

I would like to put it this way that GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research has been consistently doing well as far as management education is concerned and it has been getting awards for being leading Management Institution in NCR Region.
College provide Dual specialization in PGDM, which is good. The important part is GLBIMR is the one with the good Return on investment (ROI)
