The RVIT has a fleet of 14 buses, operating along three routes of Guntur, Ponnur, Tenali, Repalle, Budampadu Bypass, Cherukupalli, Chintalapudi, Peddapalem, Bapatla, Battiprolu with a total seating capacity of 2500 students.
