Jet Airways keep conducting walk-in interviews for the position of cabin crew across all their Network. At present also the interviews are ongoing. After shortlisting the candidates they are take to the Jet Airways Training Academy for further grooming and company SOP.
In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status:Unmarried
Language skills:Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
Interactive skills:Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Nationality:Indian citizens only
Passport:Must possess a valid Indian passport or should have applied for a passport
Mandatory Documentation :Must possess a Pan Card and Aadhaar Card
So that becomes very clear that it merely requires some grooming to get the job of a cabin crew. They don't demand much from candidates.
You should be interpersonally sound and capable to handle people from different cultures.
Cabin crew is the face of the airline. Coz they face the passengers for the first time.
Foreign languages like German, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese, Can allow you to get an edge over others.
As this allows the airline to roster you on routes where such languages are spoken.

FLIGHT DISPATCHERS COURSE:
Airlines appoint Flight Dispatchers for flight planning and obtaining ATC and MET briefings and to brief the pilots accordingly and other duties enlisted in the company's operational manual. Appointment as a Flight Dispatcher requires the students to be fully trained and approved by DGCA.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Student should have attained the age of 21 years. The minimum educational qualification required is pass in 10+2 standard examination with mathematics and physics subjects from a recognised Board / University.
DURATION OF THE COURSE:
The duration of the training will consist of 360 hours or 12 weeks of Ground Classes. Thereafter, on successful passing of DGCA / TRTO examination, 90 working days of On-the-Job training and 5 hours of Simulator sessions for observing flight deck operations will be provided. In case the student is unable to clear the DGCA/TRTO examinations in the first attempt and requests for any additional/corrective training, the same may be provided at extra cost.

On completion of the ground classes students will have to appear for DGCA / TRTO written examinations. After passing all the written examinations students will undergo on the job training for 90 working days and 5 hours of Simulator sessions for observing flight deck operations. Thereafter, Student will be required to appear for viva at DGCA, New Delhi or any other station.

In my personal view, I would prefer NIIT university over all these universities, for the below mentioned reasons. One of the added bonus is that of the NIIT legacy, belonging to the IT background, NIIT proves to be a strong backbone for NU. It has been in the software development and IT for the past few decades. NU B Tech in Computer Science with emphasis on Digital Transformation Technologies, is mainly focused on building a strong foundation in mathematical and algorithmic concepts. It has a strong industry linkage to make students industry-ready. The course is well defined and well executed as well. Even if you didnt have computer background, its not that of an issue. The eighth semester is used for an industry project which can be completed either at the industry site or in the campus under joint supervision of industry and faculty mentors.
