No. you can't get admission in DU. You need to have
at least 90% to get admission.

Yes, you can apply for B.Com honours course with business studies in Delhi University. Mathematics is not compulsory for this college. The maths that is involved in this course will be taught to you in the classroom. You can easily handle it.

First of all, the question is incomplete you didn't mention the college. But, I guess you are asking for Delhi University.
For admission in Delhi University, admission depends on the cut off released by Delhi University and it doesn't depend on how much you score in particular subject it totally depends on is your fulfilling the cut off or not. You have chances to get admission in off campus. For admission in North or south campus this percentage is low.
