No, you cannot join the Central University of Haryana for B.Tech without JEE Mains. Their website states that a valid JEE Mains score is required for admission (Central University of Haryana BTech Admission) However JEE Mains is not the only way to get admitted. The university considers CUET scores for many programs, but for B.Tech specifically, they rely on JEE Mains (Central University Of Haryana Admissions).
