IIT Indore is ranked 16 according NIRF rankings, IIT Mandi 20 and IIT Ropar 22, And extra curriculars at IIT Indore is much better than IIT Mandi and Ropar
so IIT Indore is definitely better than Ropar and Mandi.

The primary college website is where candidates must register. Students must have achieved a passing mark on the required exams in order to be admitted to any programme at GC Dharamshala. The college only requires an entrance test for professional programmes including the Government College Dharamshala MBA, B.Tech (CSE), BCA and PGDCA.

Hello, I hope that you are doing well. Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) is an Indian public state university at Summer Hill in the state capital city Shimla. It is close to the vicinity of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study. This is one of the known and prestigious university of Himachal Pradesh.it is wholly financed by the government of Himachal Pradesh and the university grants commission, New Delhi. The admission is accepted with an entrance exam score. The last year cutoff of general category was 81.I hope it helps you.
