I would prefer IT in IIIT Lucknow as it has shown good placement result in 2019 considering it has 98.6% placement percentage and it is still ongoing.

It was 1159 for CS and 6194 for mechanical in first round and in 5 round the closing rank was 2984 for CS and 7474 for mechanical engineering.

Yes, you can get into IIEST Shibpur for B.E in computer science and technology at this rank as the last year closing rank for SC students was 2500.
