BTech course admissions are primarily based on GITAM Admission Test (GAT). Scores of other recognised engineering entrance exams such as JEE Main, TS EAMCET, or similar exams are also considered for admission.

If score is between 50–60% in 10+2, fulfil one of the following conditions:

  • Over 42% (85/200) in GAT and over 75% in 10th class
  • Over 55% (110/200) in GAT
  • Over 85% in 10th class

You will also sign a waiver form if companies require more than 60% for placements.

Pass class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects and minimum percentage required for admission to BTech is 50% aggregate (or 5.0 CGPA) from a recognised board to get admission in GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad.
