NIFT Hyderabad MFM Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NIFT Hyderabad MFM course is a two-year course offered in full-time mode. To be eligible for MFM at NIFT Hyderabad, candidates need to clear any undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised institute/university.
Candidates who have completed a three-year diploma from the National Institute of Fashion Technology or the National Institute of Design with a minimum duration of three years are also eligible for admissions. There is no maximum age limit for admission to this course.
NIFT Hyderbad MFM admission are decided by the scores obtained by candidates in the NIFT entrance exam which includes a GAT, followed by a PI round.

NIFT Hyderabad MFM course admissions are depends on entrance-based. The entrance examination that the institute accepts for admissions is NIFTEE-GAT. Also, for the MFF course, the admission process is in two stages, firstly, candidates must have secured a good score in the entrance examination, and secondly, candidates are required to perform well in personal interviews, that are conducted inside the campus. 1.1: Go to the official website of NIFT and open the application form.
1.2: Click on registrations for admissions from the drop-down menu.
1.3: On this redirected page, click the "New Log In" tab.
Step 1.4: Begin with the registration process by entering all the details, such as name, DOB, desired programme, etc.
1.5: After filling in all the details, click on 'submit'.
1.6: Further, the applicant should pay the NIFT Hyderabad MFM application fee of INR 1500 to INR 1500 as per the category (entrance examination fee).
2: Appear for Entrance Exam
When registration is completed, candidates are required to appear in the entrance examination, on the given dates. The date and other information will be communicated to the candidates via email through the authorised authorities. 3: Release of Merit/ Cutoff
After the conclusion of the primary selection rounds, check for results and appear for the counselling process and seat allocation for successful candidates. NIFT Hyderabad cutoff list is published to declare the minimum exam score required for selection. Candidates with a score equal to or more than the cutoff marks become eligible for admission.
Step 4: Appear for Personal Interview

NIFT Hyderabad MFM admission is based on candidates' performance in the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) entrance exam comprising a General Ability Test (GAT). Shortlisted candidates on the basis of GAT test scores are then required to appear for the personal interview conducted by the respective institution, inside its campus.
Yes, it is important to appear for the NIFT Entrance Exam (GAT) for admission to the MFM course at NIFT Hyderabad. Not only NIFT Hyderabad, but every NIFT in India offering MFM courses only accepts the scores of NFTEE (GAT) for admissions.
