If you're looking purely at the fee, then B.Tech Biotechnology has the lowest fee at SRMU Lucknow, which is around ₹1,47,000 per year.
After that, most of the core engineering branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and ECE are around ₹1,52,000 per year. What's interesting here is that these programs come with added advantages—you get access to specialised tracks in collaboration with L&T, like EV Engineering and Semiconductor Design. These aren't just add-ons; they run throughout the program, and many of the modules are handled by L&T experts. You also get to work on live projects and gain practical exposure along the way.

Kannada is not a standard subject in MBA programs, as management courses usually focus on business areas like finance, marketing, HR, and analytics. Language papers are generally not part of the core curriculum, though basic communication skills are covered. At LPU, the MBA structure is more industry oriented with practical learning and electives aligned to career roles. The benefit is better placement readiness, while the limitation is limited focus on regional languages.

Yes, BBA admissions at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU Lucknow) are currently open for the 2026 session.
The university has already started its admission process for undergraduate programs, including BBA, and students are actively applying as results come out.
To keep it simple—if you're planning for BBA, this is the right time to apply. The process is ongoing, and seats are filled gradually, so earlier applicants usually have a better chance of securing their preferred specialisation and scholarships.
So yes, admissions are open—you can go ahead and start your application without waiting

Yes, you can apply to SRMU Lucknow even if you are from a PCB background, but your options in B.Tech will be specific.
As a PCB student, you are eligible for B.Tech Biotechnology, which is designed for students from a biology background and offers good scope in research, healthcare, and life sciences.
If your interest is more towards the IT or computer field, then instead of B.Tech CSE, you can consider going for a BCA program, which is a better fit for PCB students and still opens pathways into software, data, and tech careers.
For exact eligibility, specializations, and guidance, it's best to check directly with the university or speak

Yes, admission in MBA Banking and Finance is possible after 12th commerce with 67 percent, but first a graduation degree is required in any stream with minimum qualifying marks. The focus should be on choosing a university where curriculum is updated and industry aligned. At LPU, the program structure includes practical exposure, finance labs and internships which help in understanding real banking systems. Placement opportunities are decent, but performance and skills still play a key role in final outcomes.
