Rizvi College of Architecture also offers BArch programme in Mumbai. While both Rizvi College of Architecture and Rachana Sansad School of Architecture and Interior Design provide architecture education, differences lie in infrastructure, studio culture, and placements. Students should consider factors like faculty guidance, college fees, placements, campus environment, and learning approach before choosing.

The B.Arch cutoff at Rachana Sansad School of Architecture and Interior Design changes annually due to fluctuations in the number of applicants, the overall difficulty level of NATA/JEE Main Paper 2, and varying performance levels of students. Other factors include seat availability (aided vs. unaided), reservation policies, and changes in DTE Maharashtra admission rules.
