The average salary has not been disclosed officially. However, the median salary 2025 is out in the NIRF report 2026. The median salary offered to UG 3-year students during 2025 placements was INR 3.80 LPA. For PG 2-year and PG 3-year courses, it stood at INR 4.20 LPA and INR 4.60 LPA, respectively.

As on Sep 2025, Optum offered the highest package of INR 18 LPA to BTech CSE students. Earlier, in 2025, highest and median package (NIRF report) offered during BTech placements was 51 LPA and around 25.2 LPA.

Overall placement record at JMI are good. During the recent BTech placement drive 2026, BTech CSE student grabbed highest package of 18 LPA. MCA students received highest package of INR 11 LPA. Earlier, MBA students grabbed highest placement package of 24 LPA.
