Some of the specialisations are Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and more. The distribution of seats among all specialisations varies. No, students cannot take admission to UVCE Bangalore BTech courses without appearing for Karnataka CET. Having a valid KCET score is part of the minimum eligibility criteria. Yes, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University does offer scholarships to BTech students. Mainly, the scholarships are provided to students who are from specific categories, are need-based, and are meritorious. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research awards the National Talent Scholarship to students who have achieved commendable scores in the entrance exam. The stipend of INR 3,000 is provided to them.

Officially, the recent data on the median packages offered to BTech courses at CCS HAU has not been released. However, as per the previous placement reports of the BTech course at CAU, the median package offered by the university was INR 4 LPA. Candidates must note that this represents the placements fetched from the NIRF report 2024 for the UG 4 years.

Yes, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University does offer seat reservations for BTech courses for different categories. These categories include Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), as well as reservations for persons with disabilities (PWD) and other specified categories. For admission to UVCE Bangalore BTech courses, students can take the KCET exam. The application fees for KCET 2025 is as follows:
- Karnataka (GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B): INR 500
- Karnataka (SC, ST, CAT-1): INR 250
- Karnataka (All Female Candidates of Karnataka): INR 250

The total seat intake for the BTech course offered at CCS HAU is 41. The number of seats offered at the university's constituent college can be different. To get a seat in the BTech course at CCS HAU, candidates must have completed their Class 12 from the Science stream, must have secured valid scores in the accepted entrance exam, and must participate in the counselling process.

Karnataka KCET is accepted at UVCE Bangalore for BTech admissions. For the 2025 session, the exam was conducted on April 16, 2025. The KCET results 2025 were announced on Aug 1, 2025. Students who had appeared for the exam can download their results from the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.
