No, you cannot apply to Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar for B.Com (Hons) since it doesn't run undergraduate courses like B.Com; it mainly runs postgraduate courses like MBA and Executive MBA. But you might have a shot in lower NITs or for less sought-after streams such as Civil, Metallurgy, or Biotechnology. The matching Common Rank List (CRL) rank would probably be somewhere in the 45,000–55,000 range, and that is potentially eligible for newer NITs or home state quota seats, depending on your home state and branch preference. With your 64 percentile and 30000 rank in JEE Main is generally not competitive enough to secure a seat in the most sought-after NITs or IIITs. You can explore state-level government colleges, private institutions, and potentially some NITs with lower cutoffs or in less competitive branches with your board exam scores. Not to worry about seat, you can easily get admission in some private Institutes. If you belong to a reserved category (SC, ST, OBC), your chances of getting into NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs might be higher under the relevant quota.
