Yes, internships are mostly a big deal in the B.Tech CSBS (Computer Science and Business Systems) program at Lovely Professional University, and technical students are usually expected to finish industrial training, summer training, or internship related parts during the course . The eligibility criteria for B.Tech CSBS (Computer Science and Business Systems) at Lovely Professional University usually says candidates need to clear 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate score, with Physics , Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. For the entry process, admission is typically done through a qualifying LPUNEST, JEE Main, or sometimes CUET depending on the admission cycle. Students who come from recognized boards can apply, and there might be a relaxation here and there for reserved categories or specific situations, as per the university policy.

The fee setup for B.Tech in CSE at Lovely Professional University is usually around ₹1.6 lakh per semester for the regular CSE track, so the full tuition for 4 years is roughly ₹12–13 lakhs before any scholarships. Hostel and mess charges are handled separately, and they could add close to ₹3.5–5 lakhs depending on the room type and the kind of facilities you get. Also the university provides scholarships via LPUNEST, JEE Main, CUET, or 12th marks, so for eligible students the overall expense can drop quite a lot.

Along with classroom learning, there is strong focus on presentations, group discussions, market research, business activities, and industry-oriented assignments.
Faculty members are very supportive and explain concepts in an easy and practical way which makes learning more engaging instead of just memorizing theory.
As per my experience being a 1st year BBA student, in my 2nd semester marketing project I got an assignment where I had to condu
