However, percentile is not the only criteria.IIMs look for overall performance and potential of a candidate apart from academics, there is a significant shift in the selection process from academic-centric to overall performance and capabilities of the students. The Cutoff percentile is different for different IIMs and it changes every year, you can get the report on official websites of respective IIMs.

According to me, work hard and try to crack aptitude test, solve as many problems as you can, and find out the shortcuts. You need to improve your communication skills. In GD-PI, your communication skills will help you to get a good score.
