Admission is based on the score obtained in JET. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2 for the candidates not having a valid JET score. Eligible candidates need to appear for the Joint Entrance Test (JET) conducted by the University.
Minimum Eligibility to Apply to this course is that candidate should have a minimum pas mark of 50% in class 12 with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Chemistry. Regards.

It's the first batch will be graduating in 2017. So there is no placement but students are doing internship in reputed companies like BMW, Honda Car etc while some in education institute like IITs and also many in Arcelor Mittal, Kazakhstan.
Hopes it sums up the expectations of placements.

Hi,
All the NITs are equally good and holds a good placement record as well. NIT Rourkela is good enough for Computer Science and engineering. It has a good infrastructure, and good faculty members as well. It holds a good placement record. The companies like Dell, Microsoft, SAP Labs, Direct, PwC India, Goldman Sachs, HP, NCR Corporation, Oracle Apps, Cloud, Financial Services, Samsung, Ericsson So placement wise its good that's the only thing that matters in the end and academics wise it completely depends on you. The average package is around 7-8 LPA. The highest package is around 11-12 LPA which can also increase more. In NIT Allaha

Hey buddy sorry to say that but you cannot get MNIT with these marks as you do not have 75% in class 12th.
You are not eligible for NIT's. Try for state government engineering colleges.

The ratio division is 4:4:2
40% is for entrance exam.
40% is board exam
20% is Personal Interview.
