With a NEET score of 120 marks, securing admission to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme at SKUAST Kashmir is unlikely due to the following:

  1. Previous Cutoff Trends: The closing NEET rank for this programme in 2024 was 42,307, which corresponds to a higher score than 120.
  2. State Quota Advantage: As a resident of Ladakh, you are eligible for the State Quota, which may have higher cutoff ranks and improve your chances.
  3. Steps to Improve Prospects:
    • Participate in Ladakh State Counseling for state quota seats.
    • Explore other veterinary colleges with lower cutoff ranks.
    • Consider related programs like B.Sc. in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry.

With 60 seats available for a 5-year integrated BA LLB program, the university also offers additional seats under a self-financed category. Your JEE B.Arch score determines your admission to NIT Srinagars B.Arch programme and the cutoffs change annually. Your chances of getting into NIT Srinagar with an 81% JEE B.Arch score depend on your overall rank and the particular category you're applying under. While more well-known NITs tend to have higher cutoffs, NIT Srinagar normally admits applicants with JEE B.Arch ranks ranging from 20,000 to 50,000. Make sure you fulfil the requirements for eligibility which include having a valid JEE B.Arch test result and the necessary paperwork for your category

The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) stands the ground generally superior to that of SLIET (Shri Lalit Narayan Institute of Engineering and Technology) in terms of academic value, infrastructural affairs, and placement opportunities.

Reputation and Ranking: SMVDU ranks ahead compared to Indian universities; it's well-conceived in the engineering and technology field. It is under the state government, has collaboration with several national and international academic institutions, and adjoins SLIET and the better place for study purposes because even though SLIET is centrally funded, it does not have the same sort of recognition
