Yes, you can get admission to KIIT College of Engineering for the B.E./B.Tech course without appearing for LEET, as the college also accepts JEE Main scores and Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) counseling for admissions. LEET is specifically for lateral entry students (diploma holders) to join directly into the second year of the B.Tech program. For regular admission, performance in JEE Main or merit-based admission is sufficient.

No, you cannot get admission to Siddhant College of Engineering's B.E. / B.Tech course without MHT CET or JEE Main:
Qualifying exams: The college accepts MHT CET and JEE Main as qualifying exams.
Eligibility: To be eligible for admission, you must meet the course-specific selection and eligibility requirements.

Admission to Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering for the B.E./B.Tech course would be possible without Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. Admission under the Management Quota is possible. Students desirous of joining the General Category need to qualify the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET =Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test, an entrance exam held in the State for admissions into Professional Courses.
