If interested in computer to for NIT, and if not interested, go for IIT Kanpur. Mechanical and CSE are both the fields of different route. NIT CSE will be good. Moreover, you specified IIIT Allahabad IT, it is again a very good choice. All the options are good. Just see the curriculum and go for your interest.

For getting admission in HBTU-Kanpur, you will have to score more than 150 marks to get a good branch there.

HBTI is no longer part of UPTU. You can't take admission in HBTU on the basis of UPTU. You can take admission on the basis of JEE Main marks.

Yes, you can get admission here without Mains exam because here admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions to the undergraduate programmes state that the candidates will have to complete their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination, from a recognised board. Educational Qualification required for MBA Course correspondence is same as regular MBA Course where you need to have a degree in any discipline and a basic minimum aggregate in your UG degree .
