AISAT provides diploma, M.Tech, and B.Tech programs. The cost of a four-year B.Tech programme ranges from INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,10,000, including an annual tuition of INR 75,000 + INR 10,000 in special fees. For two years, M.Tech costs range from INR 1,50,000 to INR 2,00,000. The entire cost of Diploma programs ranges from INR 50,000 to INR 75,000 Scholarships like the Rev. Fr Augustine Konnully Memorial lower prices for qualified students and fee waivers (INR 5,000–20,000 tuition) are applied for high KEAM ranks or 70–90% in 10+2 PCM.

Boys' and girls' dormitories at AISAT offer shared rooms with two to four people and basic utilities for about INR 18,000 per year (INR 1,500 per month). Although the food quality is deemed satisfactory, there are extra mess fees which range from INR 2,500 to INR 3,000 per month. The monthly cost of nearby PGs in Kalamassery ranges from INR 3,000 to 5,000. The most recent fee schedule may differ depending on the facility therefore students should check with AISAT's admission office.

For UG (B.Tech) admission to AISAT, Kochi, applicants must have a valid KEAM rank and a 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (10+2; 45% for SEBC). Apply online by April 2025 using the CEE Kerala site (cee.kerala.gov.in) take part in counseling starting in June 2025 and send in supporting documentation. A B.Tech degree with 50% and a valid GATE score are prerequisites for PG (M.Tech). 50% of management quota seats require 60% in 10+2 or B.Tech and applications must be sent directly through AISAT's website (aisat.ac.in). Interviews and document verification will then follow.
