Admission at Farook Institute of Management Studies is currently open for all the courses. Candidates wishing to get admission must apply online. Aspirants must fulfil the eligibility requirements to apply for the course. Admission to FIMS is entrance-based.

No, Farook Institute of Management Studies does not offer direct admission. Candidates are first required to apply for admission with a valid score in CAT, CMAT or KMAT. Aspirants who pass the first round of selection are further called for a group discussion and personal interview round. The final selection is done based on entrance exam scores, GDPI and academic performance of the aspirants.

Yes, Farook Institute of Management Studies considers entrance exam scores for admission. Candidates with a valid score in CAT, CMAT or KMAT can get admission in the MBA programme. The tests evaluates the quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning abilities of the candidates. A valid score in either of these exams is a prerequisite for admission. Once selected, candidates also need to pass other selection rounds i.e. group discussion and personal interview.

The eligibility criteria for Hotel Management course in Kerala are different at UG and PG levels. The candidates:

  • UG Eligibility: Must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with passing marks to be eligible for the UG course. Many colleges also list additional eligibility criteria stating that students must have cleared English as a core subject of study if they want to pursue a hotel/ hospitality management course.
