Yes while filling the application form of MASCOM candidates will have to upload their passport size photograph and signature after filling the application form.

- For applicants paying online: INR 500 plus processing charges
- For applicants paying offline: Demand Draft of INR 500 in favour of MASCOM, payable at Kottayam

Yes, candidates can apply for both the programmes offered at MASCOM. Those candidates applying offline will have to send separate forms for both the courses through postal mode. They will also have to pay the application fee twice.
