I have completed my engineering from PES. It was among top 10 colleges in Pune when I took admission. You will experience consistent academic learning with proper lecture sessions by faculty here. Attendance and obedience are neatly followed here. Seniors are co-operative. A good amount of IT /computers companies are taking campus here. Though both colleges are good, I cannot elaborate the details of MES. You can check your CET score and compare it with previous year cut offs, decide the college accordingly.

It can only be possible from the second year and college change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms. Some universities allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

Dear,
NITA is better than NITC in engineering. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & Galgotias univesity in following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning.
(d) project
