Candidate must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks from any recognised universityMust have obtained a valid score in UPSEE/CAT/MAT/CMAT
Admission Procedure-
Admissions will be on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE/CAT/MAT/CMAT.
Placement is very good almost 70% students were placed from the last batch.

NIT, Calicut and NIT, Rourkela are the top two NITs among the top 5 NITs.
So, there is no comparison among both the NITs.
However, if you like physics then engineering physics branch is made for guys like you.

From this year IIST takes admissions on the basis of JEE Mains rank if you secure a good rank in that then you will definitely see yourself in IIST.
For further information make a shortlist of that college and make opening and closing rank list category wise.

You have not mentioned your rank. I expect your open rank could be around 11k - 12k, if you are from general category then you won't get any but if you are from other categories you may. You will get the list but you can't get the college if you are from open category. Good luck!

300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs,There is no chance for NIT/IIIT or any government college.
So, you should try for any private college/university.
