You can take up a general mechanical engineering course for B.Tech and specialise in QA and QC. Govt. Colleges of Engg at Thrissur and Trivandrum, Amrita University are good colleges for pursuing the course of Mechanical Engineering.

Bleak chances for MMS. But you can apply for PGDM AIMA if you haven't applied for core PGDM.

Go for SPA Delhi. NITC is not that great for architecture. The quality of education and exposure you'll get in spa Delhi is way better than what you'll get in NITC. The quality of education is good though. But placements are very few.

I think you should. I don't know if all the NITs have released their OBC and SC/ST cutoffs or not.
