Indian IT industry is in slowdown phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing via restrictions on visa. Inspite of this, it is till the largest new job creator industry of India. IT career golden era may be over but it is still a good option for bright students who are innovative and have passion for technology.

The EPGP programme of IIM Kozhikode does not come with a campus placement which means you need to search on on your own. The fee for the programme is 740000 INR and without campus placement getting RoI will be tough. Better you should gain more work experience and do fully residential full-time on campus executive PGPM.
